You all have heard about Dermalogica but how many of you have actually tried the products? I had the pleasure of trying their skin care products and was pleased with my results. How many of you know what the three steps to healthy skin are? 1. Skin refreshing cleanser 2. MultiVitamin Thermfoliant 3. Before using Dermalogica I didn't apply skin moisturizer to my face at all, I often wondered why my skin felt oily or why my makeup was coming off by the end of the day, since using this regimen my face feels silky and smooth and my makeup stays on for a longer period of time. Elta MD UV SKin Moisturizer Review

This is my review on Elta MD Skin Care UV Daily Moisturizer; I wanted to give myself more than a week to try this product because you really can’t get a feel for a project one less than a week of usage. This product is primarily used as a sun screen for your face, but since I rarely am in the sun I used it as an acne control cream for my face. You wouldn’t think that a sunscreen would work as an acne controller right? But guess what? This product seems to work as one and has kept my skin pretty clear since the first day I starting using it. I use it in the morning after washing my face and before applying my makeup for the day. My makeup stays on longer and I notice my skin is shine free during the day which I love.  The bottle says that this product may cause dryness but I have not experienced any dryness on my face at all so for me that’s always a plus. With so many kids on summer vacation for 2 plus months the fear every parent has including myself is when school starts up again that our kids will forget a lot of the material they learned in the classroom from being away for so long. I am a cyber school mom and I have that worry also. This summer was kind of different for us because I decided when school ended that I would have the girls doing educational activities online or otherwise. We found a couple of cool math sites that kept the girls busy learning while playing educational games. Sverve had a campaign where us moms could test out this cool site called http://powermylearning.org/ I had my daughter who is going to be starting first grade this fall try it out, this site has a little bit of everything for all grade levels, her favorites were hearing and reading along with fairy tale stories and the coloring pages, since she really can't read yet the reading along with the story helped her to understand what was going on instead of just looking at the pictures. There are so many activities on this site that it would keep your child learning for hours and hours. http://powermylearning.org/ is totally free so you won't to worry about subscribing to anything, you do have to register to use the site but that's it.
